Somedays I feel depressed,
And I sit in my room and cry,
I wonder if anyone would miss me,
If I left this world and died.

Somedays my pain is numb,
It’s like I’m always sick,
Because my mental health is worsening,
And my mind is playing tricks.

Somedays I dream of a better life,
Where I feel great each day,
But right now, that feels impossible,
Because I pretend that I’m okay.

Anxiety is real,
It’s often a fear of the unknown,
So if you know someone who’s struggling,
Please tell them they’re not alone.
